Dreamtime Cooking – KANGAROO & EMU

KANGAROO & EMU is the third and final of a series of three Dreamtime Cooking events presented by the Living Museum of the West in partnership with TSWN and Sustainative. First Nations chef, Stevie Thorpe, will lead cooking classes welcoming our culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and others to share indigenous recipes and to learn to cook with local indigenous ingredients. Pending weather, KANGAROO & EMU will be held outdoors on Saturday the 23rd March 2024, in Pipemakers Park in front of the historic Bluestone Buildings.
