Historic Parkland
This brochure is an historic artefact in itself. It is an early brochure explaining the opening of the park in the late 1980s when the park was run by the Board of Works.

The History of the Land Discovery Trail
The Museum built a garden on the base of an old factory shed to represent the resurgence of life through history. The artist, Elizabeth McKinnon, used plants and mosaics to trace the history of the western region through the garden.
